Refund Policy

Tvinct doesn't accept returns, but if received a different product you can apply for refund, record the unboxing video from start to end showing the label which isn't removed from the package and till the defected product shown clearly, if we see that the package is actually not what it was supposed to be, we will refund (excluding the shipping charges). Other then that no refund will be provided.
