SanArt and team provides services to subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping at Tvinct, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement.

Please read them carefully:

The processing time might even take more than 5 working days, maximum 15 working days.

If something goes wrong after the order is dispatched from our side, Tvinct is not responsible for that.

For refund, record the unboxing video, if we see that the package is actually not what it was supposed to be, we will refund (excluding the shipping charges). Other then that no refund will be provided.

Resellers, we are not responsible for delays in delivery, you need to deal with your clients your own way.

Tvinct doesn't accept urgent orders, if you place an order saying it is urgent, place it at your own risk.

Prices and delivery charges are liable to change at anytime.

If you don't receive the calls when your order is going to be delivered, the order will then be returned back to us. Which will lead to double shipping charges and is meant to be paid by you.

If you fail to mail the files after placing an order, your order will keep getting delayed.

There will be delays in responses from our side, place your order only if you are ok with it.

Tvinct has only one instagram handle, don't get tricked by other businesses claiming to be us.

We only start working on the orders after the final mail has been provided for the order you placed, please make sure you mail everything all at once and follow the given rules for the product you've chosen.
